WE ARE BASE!
BASE Programs is a local non-profit organization dedicated to providing quality enrichment to Oceanside students. We provide students with opportunities for expanded learning and allow students to explore their education in fun and innovative ways so that they can discover their own uniqueness. Strong in the visual and performing arts, we look forward to complimenting the programs in place at Palmquist Elementary. The visual and performing arts are a universal language that encourages students to think creatively, work collaboratively and enhance the process of learning. We look forward to working with your students and adding to the culture on campus!
